ARTICLE 1 – Scope 

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales of motorcycle equipment offered by NIMEO, including custom or standard leather suits and gloves, as well as any future motorcycle apparel. Orders may be placed via website, email, social media, or events.

ARTICLE 2 – Custom / Made-to-Measure Products 

2.1 Measurements

  • Nimeo is responsible if measurements are taking by us.
  • If the customer provides their own measurements, they assume full responsibility.

2.2 Design, colors, and logos validation

  • NIMEO provides a technical file detailing colors (Pantone), printing/embroidery techniques, and logos.
  • The customer must validate this file before production.
  • NIMEO guarantees compliance with the technical file.
  • In case of an error found at delivery, an exceptional discount of 10% will be applied.

ARTICLE 3 – Orders and Payment 

3.1 Customized products

  • 30% deposit upon order to initiate the design.
  • 70% balance after design validation.
  • Production begins only after full payment.
  • Non-refundable products, except for defects.

3.2 Standard products / bulk orders

  • Full payment upon order.

3.3 Payment methods

  • Bank transfer.

ARTICLE 4 – Délais de fabrication et livraison (FR) 

  • Average lead times: 6 weeks after balance payment for customized products.
  • Delivery: pickup in Belgium included, international at the customer's expense.
  • Delivery made by independent carrier, NIMEO is not responsible for losses or damages during transport.

ARTICLE 5 – Prix et facturation (FR) 

  • Prices displayed excluding VAT and including VAT.
  • Invoices sent by email (PDF) or paper upon request.

ARTICLE 6 – Droit de rétractation (FR) 

  • Right not applicable to customized products.
  • For standard products, returns within 14 days, costs borne by the customer.

ARTICLE 7 – Garanties et responsabilité (FR) 

  • Legal warranty of conformity and against hidden defects.
  • NIMEO will refund, replace, or repair defective products.
  • Liability limited to non-conforming or defective products.

ARTICLE 8 – Données personnelles (RGPD) (FR) 

  • Collection only for order execution.
  • Retention for 5 years.
  • Rights of access, modification, deletion, and opposition.

ARTICLE 9 – Propriété intellectuelle (FR) 

  • All content, designs, logos are protected.
  • Reproduction prohibited.

ARTICLE 10 – Loi applicable et litiges (FR) 

  • Belgian law applicable.
  • Competent court: Brussels.
  • Possibility of conventional mediation or recourse to the EU RLL platform.

ANNEXE I – Formulaire de rétractation (FR) 

  • Applicable only to standard products, customized products excluded.
  • Date, order number, contact details, signature.
